How do I ask for a quote?

Call us, send a WhatsApp message or write to info@mestrefaztudo.com. You can also build your request on the website: it opens in WhatsApp or in your email, already filled in, and you send it yourself.

How much does it cost?

The price is on request, once we have looked at what you need. We send you a fixed price in writing before we start.

What commitment do you give on the work?

12-month Written Commitment on labour, in addition to the legal guarantee (clause 14 of our terms): we reply within 5 working days and, if the defect is covered, we repair it at no cost whatsoever to the customer (labour and call-out).

What are your hours? And emergencies?

We’re available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Emergencies 24/7. Is it urgent? Call us and we’ll tell you when we can come.

Which areas do you cover?

Throughout mainland Portugal, from our base in Peniche, in the Oeste region on the Silver Coast.

Do you do building work?

We do small building works and renovations. We hold IMPIC private works contractor certificate no. 152991-PAR; the conditions are set out in our terms.

Do you offer contracts for businesses and residential buildings?

Yes. Businesses and residential buildings (condominiums): maintenance plans, priced on request.

How much does the call cost?

The number +351 963 218 570 is a Portuguese mobile number: you pay the price of a call to a Portuguese mobile network under your own plan. If you call from abroad, your provider’s international rates apply.
